Build your stay
How to compose a stay around the camp without trying to fit every desert activity into one evening.
Dunes Insolites presents its activities as additions to a desert stay: camel or horse outings, quad, sandboarding, sunset photography, meals and bivouacs. The point is not to tick every box but to choose a pace that leaves time for the dunes and the camp itself.
Food is part of that rhythm. The official site highlights regional cooking, mint tea and bread prepared in hot sand and embers. Selected formulas determine whether dinner, breakfast or another meal is included, so the booking summary remains the final reference.
For a single night, one main activity before sunset is usually clearer than stacking several departures. A slower camel outing, a guided quad session or sandboarding each creates a different experience; return time, daylight and weather must remain compatible with dinner and installation.
A longer stay can separate active and quiet moments: one sunset activity, a full camp evening, then another outing the next morning or a bivouac extension. Private groups and events should be planned directly because transport, guides, meals and capacity must be coordinated together.
Give the real ages and number of travellers, your arrival mode, preferred activity, dietary needs and any mobility or medical information relevant to participation. Guide and transport selections are validated together so contradictory options are not accepted.
Prices and availability can vary by date, pricing unit and group size. The site recalculates selected services on the server; a screenshot, an old promotional page or a manually typed total is never the final booking price.
