Sabria
A short demonstration of tabouna-style bread baked directly under hot sand and embers.
A bed of embers goes down first, then sand on top of that, then the dough goes straight into the dune itself — no oven, no tray. Twenty minutes later it comes out dusted off, cracked open, and still steaming. Guests are welcome to shape their own loaf before it goes in. It comes back out with olive oil, harissa, and dates alongside — usually as part of the sunset routine, before dinner. A short, hands-on demonstration rather than a full activity — most guests fold it into the nuitée's late-afternoon programme.
